Senior Nastassia Carter is a reporter for the Bear Facts, following in the footsteps of her brother, DeJay, who was on the staff for three years. Nastassia is on the basketball and track teams at BHS. She would like to study journalism or law in college.

The varsity football team arrives back on the field after a short halftime against Rudder High School located in Bryan, Texas. The final score was Bastrop 36- Rudder 14.
